Dapo Olajide is a seasoned real estate and urban infrastructure professional with extensive experience in financial modeling, development analysis, and deal structuring. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Infrastructure Ontario, Dapo focuses on maximizing value from Transit-Oriented Development lands through strategic partnerships and commercial agreement execution. Previous roles include Principal at Raphia Partners and Associate at Northcrest Developments, where Dapo contributed to development feasibility assessments and financial modeling for various real estate projects. Early career experiences at Steer, KPMG, Arup, and EcoPlan International provided a strong foundation in financial advisory, economic analysis, and project management.
