Debbie Goddard

Debbie Goddard, RPA PMP, currently serves as the Director of Program Management at Infrastructure Ontario since June 2011, where notable achievements include expanding the PMO to enhance contract performance and governance while facilitating organizational collaboration to meet project deliverables. Prior roles include Director of the Program Management Office at Ontario Realty Corporation, where efforts focused on future-oriented project planning and improved stakeholder relations, and Manager of the Program Management Office at Infrastructure Ontario, where the establishment of the PMO vision and streamlined methodologies were key contributions. Earlier experience includes managing capital planning at Ontario Realty Corporation, successfully advocating for increased funding for infrastructure repairs and developing an energy management program. Debbie Goddard holds educational qualifications from Algonquin College.
