Jennifer Cruz began their work experience in 2003 as an HR Analyst at IBM Global Services. Jennifer then moved on to work as an Account Manager at the Ministry of Labour in 2005 before joining Infrastructure Ontario in 2006. During their time at Infrastructure Ontario, they held various roles, including Human Resource Program Consultant. In 2014, Jennifer became a Director, leading Learning and HR Programs at Infrastructure Ontario. In 2019, they transitioned into the role of Director, Talent Acquisition and Development. Currently, Jennifer serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Infrastructure Ontario, a position they have held since April 2022.
Jennifer Cruz earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from McMaster University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
