Sharon Hon

Sharon Hon currently serves as the Director of Policy Implementation at Infrastructure Ontario, beginning in 2023. Prior to this role, Sharon held various positions at the Ontario Ministry of Health from August 2016 to January 2023, including Team Lead of the Strategic Implementation Unit, where responsibilities included coaching teams for Ontario's health system transformation and overseeing the amalgamation of health agencies. Additionally, Sharon provided executive advisory support within the Health Transformation Division and contributed to significant policy development and management initiatives. Experience extends to public health planning at the Region of Waterloo and program management at Diabetes Canada, among other roles. Educational credentials include a BSc in General Biology from The University of British Columbia, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and a Master's in Public Health from the University of Saskatchewan.
