Toni Rossi

Toni Rossi has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Toni started their career in 1989 at Cadillac Fairview, where they held positions as General Manager, Director of National Operations, and Director of National Marketing. Toni then moved on to Oxford Properties Group as a Director of Development from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Ontario Realty Corporation as a Senior Vice President and later as Vice President of Strategic Asset Management. In 2011, they joined Infrastructure Ontario as Executive Vice President and Group Head of Real Estate Management, and subsequently held the positions of Divisional President, Interim President and CEO, and President of Real Estate. Toni is currently the Chief ESG Officer at Infrastructure Ontario, a role they started in August 2023. In addition to their corporate roles, Toni has also served as a Director on the Boards of Dexterra and Allied Properties REIT, as well as holding various leadership positions in organizations such as ULI Toronto, Habitat for Humanity - Toronto, and Toronto CREW. Toni is a proud mother and spouse in their personal life.

Toni Rossi holds a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education, which was obtained from 1984 to 1988. Later, they pursued further education at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, completing the ICD.D program in Corporate Boards from 2015 to 2016. Most recently, Toni Rossi attended Competent Boards in 2022 and 2023 to obtain an ESG (Environmental, Social Governance) Designation.
