Robbyn Jennings

Robbyn Jennings is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in infrastructure operations and maintenance. Currently serving as a Project Manager/Project Administrator at Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, PLLC since September 2020, Robbyn previously held project management roles at DBi Services and Collier County Government, overseeing complex highway maintenance contracts and the preparation of scopes of work and cost estimates. With a long tenure at the Florida Department of Transportation, Robbyn progressed through various managerial positions, including Maintenance Manager and Operations Manager, facilitating effective management of maintenance crews and contract services. Robbyn began a career as the Public Works Director for the DeSoto County Board of Commissioners, focusing on the maintenance of the highway system. Robbyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from South Florida State College.
