Joel Speier

Joel Speier has a diverse and extensive work experience. Their most recent role is Executive Chairman (Acting CEO) at Infront X, a position they started in June 2022. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director & Founder of Unboundary Sports Advisory GmbH from February 2021.

Between 2010 and 2021, Joel held various roles at Infront Sports & Media AG, including Vice President - Strategy, Business Development and M&A, Senior Director of Strategy & Business Development, Director of Business Development, Associate Director of Business Development, and Manager of Business Development.

Joel also served as a Board Member at Minute from an unspecified date in 2019 to 2020. Joel gained experience in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a part-time employee and MBA intern in the Strategic Development department from 2009 to 2010.

Additionally, Joel co-founded Flagthat, a location-based mobile app and website, in 2009, where they contributed to its overall operations and development.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Joel worked at Merrill Lynch as an Associate in Investment Banking from 2007 to 2008 and as an Analyst in Investment Banking from 2004 to 2007.

Joel Speier obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics and Management from Universitá Bocconi in the years 2001 to 2004. Joel further pursued their education at Columbia Business School, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management and Entrepreneurship from 2008 to 2010.
