Nick Pearce

Nick Pearce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Infuse since April 2022, Pearce has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction. Prior to this, Pearce worked at Deloitte UK for 12 years, rising from Senior Manager to Director and was instrumental in establishing the Quality Engineering practice, growing it to over 350 employees. Additionally, Pearce co-founded Infuse Consulting in 2002, contributing to its development from a start-up to a reputable consultancy. Academic credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from Imperial College London, an MSc in the History and Philosophy of Science from UCL, a PhD in Philosophy and Sociology of Science from King's College London, and an MSc in Software Development from The Open University.
