Marina Rosa

Marina Rosa currently serves as a Senior Client Success Ops Associate at INFUSE since April 2022, where responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of over 30 clients across various industries, overseeing onboarding, multi-channel campaign execution, and providing strategic advisory to enhance client retention and results. Previously, Marina held the role of Client Success Associate, transitioning from managing a high-volume agency account to direct clients with more complex needs. Additionally, experience as a Senior Business Development Representative and Business Development Representative involved generating new business opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth. Prior to joining INFUSE, Marina worked as a Teacher at various schools and universities from August 2018 to April 2022. Marina holds a degree from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
