After their time at City Year, Connor moved on to Virtual DBS, where they held the position of Data Analyst before being promoted to Director of Analytics. During their tenure, they demonstrated expertise in data analysis and played a crucial role in driving analytical initiatives.

Following their experience at Virtual DBS, Connor joined MAPFRE, where they took on various roles over the years. Connor started as a Data Analyst II and eventually worked their way up to Senior Manager, Operations Analytics and Workforce Management.
