Sarah Montgomery's work experience includes Cofounder and CEO at Infyos since 2021, where they focus on building sustainable battery and car supply chains. Sarah is also a Co-Head at Young China Watchers since 2019, responsible for community building and attracting experts on China. Sarah was a Director at Young China Watchers from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they are a Carbon13 Cohort 1 Founder at Carbon13 since 2021, working on high-growth ventures to reduce CO2e emissions. Previously, Sarah worked at Everledger from 2019 to 2021, leading China projects and supporting global sustainability initiatives. Sarah also participated in Austcham Future Business Leaders Program at AustCham Beijing from 2016 to 2017, worked as a Graphic Designer at Palatinalps from 2016 to 2017, and served as a Campus Ambassador at Code First: Girls from 2016 to 2017. Sarah's other experiences include a Marketing Internship at M&C Saatchi London in 2016, participation in the British Council Generation UK-India Study India Programme in 2015, and serving as Vice President at Entrepreneurs Durham from 2014 to 2015.

Sarah Montgomery completed their primary education at George Watson's College. Then, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued their International Baccalaureate Diploma at Fettes College. Subsequently, they attended Durham University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Combined Honours in Chinese, History of Art, and Business. Following this, from 2015 to 2016, Sarah studied Chinese as a Foreign Language, including Advanced Business Chinese, at Peking University. In 2017, they participated in the International Chinese Language Program at NTU (ICLP), specializing in Chinese.
