Ebony H.

Ebony H. is an experienced professional in fraud operations and customer service, currently serving as Fraud Operations Manager at ING Australia since April 2018, after holding roles as Fraud Prevention Officer and Customer Care Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Ebony gained retail experience as a Sales Assistant at Forever Ebony from March 2014 to February 2022, and held various positions including Sales Assistant and Assistant Store Manager at Cotton On Group between October 2015 and May 2019. Ebony holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Marketing from the Australian Catholic University (2015-2018) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of New England since 2019.
