Hein Wegdam

Hein Wegdam currently serves as the Chairman of the Committee on Commercial Real Estate for the Dutch Banking Association since April 2023. Additionally, Wegdam holds the position of Regional Director for South-East Business Banking NL and Interim Head of ING Real Estate Finance NL at ING since September 2021, having previously worked in various roles within ING Real Estate Finance from February 2011 to September 2021. Wegdam's earlier experience includes managing real estate operations at Nieuwemeer Real Estate Management, conducting research at Golfbaan Landgoed Welderen, and assisting in event management at NOC*NSF. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Building Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, among others.
