Ivana Masar

Ivana Masar's work experience began in 1993 as a Production Planner at Hollywood Plastics. Ivana then worked at Recall as a Digital Media Coordinator from 1997 to 1999. Ivana later joined Optus as a Technical Support contractor in 2000 before moving to CTM - Computer Technology as a Trainer & Technical Support in 2001. From 2002 to 2006, Ivana worked at Recall in various roles, including Recall Data Protection - Billing Specialist, Recall Digital Solutions - QA Specialist, and eventually as a Digital Solutions Manager. Ivana then joined Citi in 2007, where they held roles such as Sales Strategy & Reporting Analyst and Campaign BA/Test Coordinator. Ivana also worked at ING DIRECT, starting as a Business Analyst in 2012 and transitioning to a Product Owner (CPO) role in 2016. Ivana later joined ING DIRECT Australia in 2015, holding positions as an Agile Business Analyst and a Product Owner (CPO).

Ivana Masar attended the University of Sydney from 2007 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they completed a diploma in IT Systems Administration from TAFE NSW in 2001. In the year 2000, they also studied Information Technology at TAFE NSW at a Level 2.
