Kasia Polok has a diverse work experience spanning across several companies. Kasia started their career at POCH SA as a Planning Specialist from November 2004 to October 2006. Kasia then moved to ING Bank Slaski and held various roles, including Business Analyst Expert from November 2006 to December 2009, Manager of Customer Intelligence Section from January 2010 to January 2013, and finally, Customer Intelligence Director from January 2013 to March 2015.

In 2015, Kasia joined ING and continued working in the field of customer intelligence. Kasia initially served as a Global Customer Intelligence Manager from April 2015 to May 2018. Kasia then advanced to the position of Global Head of Customer Interactions, where they supported and oversaw the development of the Customer Intelligence function across all channels and communication mediums. Additionally, they managed the network of Heads of Customer Intelligence across Retail units of the Bank. Kasia held this role from May 2018 to December 2020.

Kasia'smost recent position was at ING Australia, where they served as a Tribe Lead for Customer Interactions starting from December 2020.

Kasia Polok holds a Master's degree in Global MBA Program from Oxford Brookes University, which they completed from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Krakow University of Economics, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Kasia also holds a Master's degree in Economics, specializing in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics, from Krakow University of Economics, completed from 1999 to 2004.
