Smita Singh

Smita Singh, CFA, is an accomplished finance and product professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and strategic management across leading financial institutions. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at ING Australia since September 2025, Smita previously held roles at Westpac, where impactful financial system transformations affected over 15,000 banking staff across Australia and New Zealand. Smita's entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through the founding of Honger, a direct-to-consumer gourmet brand platform focused on healthy snacks. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions at IDFC FIRST Bank as Head & Vice President of European Relations and as AVP of Finance Strategy and Transformation at Axis Bank. An engineering graduate from Delhi College of Engineering, Smita furthered education with an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and attained a CFA designation.
