Tracey McKenzie

Tracey McKenzie is a seasoned professional in process improvement and transformation, currently serving as Process Expert Lead at ING Australia since July 2023. Previously, Tracey held several senior roles including Process Design and Improvement Specialist at Lifestyle Solutions (Aust) Ltd., and Process Excellence Organisation Design Practice Lead at TAFE NSW. With extensive experience managing teams through organizational transformations, Tracey has successfully implemented process-led approaches and continuous improvement initiatives across various sectors. Additional roles include Transformation Process Manager at TAFE NSW, Transformation Process Stream Lead at Transport Sydney Trains, and Continuous Improvement Lead at AMP. Tracey’s educational background includes certifications in project management (PMP from AGSM @ UNSW Business School), ITIL, and internal auditing.
