Álvaro Boo Gordillo

Álvaro Boo Gordillo is a Senior UX Researcher at ING España&Portugal since February 2022 and a Visiting Professor at Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera. Prior experience includes roles as Design Researcher at Fjord, Service Designer at Accenture, Design Strategist at Wakoopa, and UX Researcher at adidas. Álvaro has extensive expertise in UX research, user testing, and design strategy, having developed and executed comprehensive research projects and usability evaluations across various industries. Educational qualifications include a MA in Digital Media Management from Hyper Island, a degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from CEU Cardenal Herrera University, and a focus in Commercial Communication from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen.
