Isabel Willis

Isabel Willis is a seasoned UX researcher currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Waitrose & Partners since August 2025. Prior to this role, Isabel worked at Bumble Inc. as a UX Researcher from October 2023 to August 2025, and held positions at Depop as both Senior Market and Audience Research Analyst and Market and Audience Research Analyst from January 2021 to December 2022. Additional experience includes being a Senior Research Executive and Research Executive at IFF Research from November 2019 to December 2020, and working as a Consultant and Graduate Consultant at Sparkler from April 2018 to October 2019. Isabel began a career in research with a Vacation Scholarship at Wellcome Trust in mid-2014. Isabel holds a Master in Science (MSci) degree in Psychology from the University of Bristol.
