Inma López del Pino

Inma López Del Pino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital and project management, currently serving as the Product Owner for the Virtual Voice Assistant at ING España & Portugal since April 2023. Previous positions include Manager of Digital Experience at Securitas Direct by Verisure and Project Delivery Manager for Omnichannel Strategy at IAG GBS, where responsibilities encompassed the migration of virtual assistants, automation of call center systems, team management, and execution of various projects using Agile methodologies.
