Bartosz Potrzebnicki is a seasoned professional in capacity planning and reporting, currently serving as the CDD MI Capacity Planning and Reporting Lead at ING Tech Poland since April 2022. With a robust background at Citi spanning from September 2004 to April 2022, Bartosz held various leadership roles, including Global Reporting and Standards Lead for AML BP&A and Global AML Benefit Management Lead. Additional concentrations included business planning, continuous improvement, and financial analysis across multiple sectors. Bartosz holds a Magister degree in Finanse i bankowość from Kozminski University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
