Joanna Pater is an experienced professional in KYC operations and transfer pricing, currently serving as a Specialist KYC Operations III at ING Hubs Poland since May 2022, after progressing from a Junior KYC Operations II role. Prior to this, Joanna worked at Grant Thornton Poland as an Assistant in Transfer Pricing, and also held positions such as Content Moderator at Conectys and Consultant in Transfer Pricing at MDDP, where responsibilities included creating and amending transfer pricing documentation and conducting benchmarking studies in both English and Polish. Additional experience includes project coordination for Gazeta Petersburska and various roles in press analysis and editing. Joanna holds a Master's degree in East Asian Studies from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and has completed internships at prestigious institutions such as the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and Saint Petersburg State University.
