Katarzyna Wojda

Katarzyna Wojda has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Katarzyna is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at ING Hubs Poland since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked at The Adecco Group as the Chief Financial Officer from September 2016 to January 2020.

Katarzyna also has experience as a Finance Manager at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, where they were responsible for accounting, controlling, procurement/administration, and HR. Katarzyna achieved significant improvements in cash flows, net working capital, and implemented an automatic reporting tool during their tenure from May 2013 to December 2016.

Before that, they worked as the Founder and Managing Director at Diligentia Finance and as the Chief Financial Officer at Neocity Group. Katarzyna has also worked as an Audit Manager at Baker Tilly and as a Finance Director at Magnus Group.

Katarzyna began their career as a Business Controller at Volvo Car Group and gained auditing experience through an internship at Baker Tilly. Katarzyna started their professional journey as a Junior Specialist in the Assets Management Department at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA.

Katarzyna Wojda has a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. Katarzyna also completed Postgraduate Studies in Financial Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2012 to 2013, and Postgraduate Studies in Taxes and tax law from the University of Warsaw from 2020 to 2022. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Statutory Auditor from Polska Izba Biegłych Rewidentów in July 2005 and as a Certified Accountant from Stowarzyszenie Księgowych w Polsce in September 2004.
