Marcin Pycka

Marcin Pycka is an experienced audit professional with a strong background in technology and operations audit. Currently serving as an Audit Manager in the Technology and Operations Audit Department at ING Hubs Poland since September 2021, Marcin previously held various leadership roles at Bank Pekao S.A. from March 2006 to August 2021, including Head of Audit Analytics and Big Data Office and Director of IT Audit and Data Analytics. Marcin has a proven track record in managing remote audit teams, developing remote audits, and implementing key risk indicators. Additionally, Marcin has experience as a member of the ACCA Consulting Body and completed a talent development program at UniCredit. Marcin's academic credentials include a PhD in AI and machine learning focused on auditing cybersecurity from Nicolaus Copernicus University, as well as certifications and degrees in auditing and business administration from ACCA and University of Warsaw, among others.
