Alberto Rota

UX Lead at ING Italia

Alberto Rota has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience (UX) and marketing. Alberto started their career at Ariadne Group in 2005, where they held positions such as Web Content Manager, Product Specialist, and Web Marketing Manager. In 2015, Alberto joined ING Italia as a UX/UI Specialist and later became the UX Lead. In 2017, they briefly worked at ING España & Portugal as a UX & Service Designer. Overall, Alberto has demonstrated expertise in UX, marketing, and web content management throughout their career.

Alberto Rota obtained a Master's degree in Media Science and Technology from Istituto Universitario di Studi Superiori, Pavia in 2004-2005. Alberto then completed their undergraduate studies at Università di Pavia, specializing in Modern Italian Literature, from 1998 to 2003. Alberto also earned a Diploma di Maturità from Liceo Classico Daniele Manin di Cremona in 1993-1998. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various qualifications such as Accessibility Fundamentals, Designing an Accessible User Experience, Conducting Usability Testing, Design Thinking, Mobile User Experience Design, UX Management, and User Research, from institutions such as Deque University and The Interaction Design Foundation. Furthermore, Alberto obtained certifications in Analytics and AdWords from Google in 2014.
