Giovanni Fusina

Giovanni Fusina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management and project delivery. Currently serving as Product Owner for Configuration and Change management at ING Italia, Giovanni is pivotal in prioritizing the Configuration Management and ITSM migration project. Previously, Giovanni held various leadership roles at Wood, including Global Applications Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the management of a global team supporting project management applications. Key accomplishments include implementing a new Document Management module and upgrading Web Procurement systems. Giovanni's career also includes significant tenure at Amec Foster Wheeler, overseeing project delivery applications, and leading engineering systems, showcasing expertise in ITIL and COBIT frameworks. Giovanni's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and various managerial development programs from SDA Bocconi and The European House - Ambrosetti. Additional experience includes service as a Navy Reserve Officer during the construction of a floating dock at Fincantieri La Spezia.
