Paola Picozzi

Paola Picozzi is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Product Owner for Cards and Mobile Payments at ING Italia since April 2001. In this role, Paola oversees the management and development of payment cards and their use on smart devices, while also defining mobile payment solutions in collaboration with ING's headquarters. Previous roles include Senior Product Specialist, where significant contributions were made to the development of products for small and medium-sized enterprises and the launch of an insurance product in partnership with AXA. Paola’s background also encompasses positions as a Business Analyst in the IT department, Project Analyst focused on coordinating business unit projects, and roles in customer care and call center operations. Paola holds a degree in Law with a focus on international law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
