Michal Kaczmarski

Michal Kaczmarski is an experienced professional in the fields of product development, internal audit, and information systems, currently holding the position of Expert – Product Development (KYC / Legal) at ING Lease (Polska) since September 2021, focusing on KYC processes. Prior to this role, Michal managed internal auditing at PayTel from December 2013 to August 2020, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and developing audit systems. Michal's career also includes various roles at PWPW S.A. from October 2005 to April 2015, including managing transaction systems, project documentation, and audit services related to electronic transactions. Michal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in IT from Kozminski University and a Master's degree in Economics from Vistula University.
