Anca Mazilu

Anca Mazilu is an Agile Coach with extensive experience at ING, where they served as Team Leader for Sales Support and C C S - 2nd Line, as well as a Product Owner for the Lending Tribe. Their career at ING spanned from 2015 to 2023, during which they also held roles in payments, accounts, and quality support. Prior to that, Anca worked as a Loan Officer at Bancpost in 2007. They earned a Master's Degree from Universitatea de Științe Agronomice și Medicină Veterinară din București in 2009, following their high school studies in natural sciences at Liceul Alexandru cel Bun Botosani.
