Benita Haasbeek-de Jong

Benita Haasbeek-de Jong has extensive experience at ING since 1996, currently serving as the Lead for the Adviesteam Wonen and responsible for establishing a new advisory team in Zaandam focused on remote consultations. Previously, Benita led three ING Huizen, overseeing approximately 20 Financial Coaches, and managed seven ING offices with a team of around 30 advisors. Additional roles included co-managing commercial outcomes, client experience, HR, compliance, and risk management for several ING offices, as well as implementing new work methodologies across locations. Prior experience includes advanced account management roles at EY and various educational pursuits in coaching, agile methodologies, and business administration. Benita holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the European University Antwerpen and is recognized as a Hypothecair Planner.
