Carlien van Putten

Carlien van Putten is a Product Lead at ING, responsible for overseeing the mobile banking app's payments and trust functionalities. With experience coordinating complex projects and implementing strategic changes, they have successfully managed key product features such as Google Pay and digital mortgages. Carlien previously worked as a Strategiemaker and Project Manager, engaging with multiple clients including ABN AMRO and Achmea. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies and a Master's degree in Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with an exchange program at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
