Carly van de Riet

Carly Van de Riet currently serves as the Head of Global Process Excellence and Digitalisation at ING, where responsibilities include overseeing a department focused on integrating people, processes, and technology to enhance client experience and employee engagement. Prior experience at ING encompasses roles such as Head of Global Expertise Team Daily Banking and Global Practice Lead Processleadership, with a strong emphasis on implementing operational excellence frameworks and managing large teams. Additionally, Carly has experience in Customer Complaint Management at Postbank and has held leadership roles in Customer Intelligence. Education includes a Certified Supervisor designation from Maastricht University, multiple Lean Six Sigma certifications, and a degree from Leiden University. Carly is also a member of the Supervisory Board for Theater Ins Blau.
