Chris Dowdeswell is an international senior leader and manager with extensive experience in delivering complex strategic roadmaps and developing global offshore capabilities in highly regulated environments. Chris initially joined ING Nederland as a Financial Markets Assistant Operations Specialist in 2012, advancing to head the establishment of a new offshore trade processing facility in the Philippines and to the role of Head of Financial Markets Operations. Known for being a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in FM trade processing, Chris has effectively shaped future service roadmaps and coached management teams, fostering a culture of talent development. Chris is currently pursuing various educational programs, including a Financial Market Practitioner degree at TLM Goldman and Derivatives Fundamentals at Ateneo de Manila University.
