Diana El Zein

Diana El Zein has over 16 years of experience at ING, currently serving as the Product Lead for Dealwise Loyalty, where responsibility includes managing integration efforts with ING Businesses and merchants. Previously, Diana held the position of Global Daily Banking Product Manager, focusing on delivering value propositions for the Retail Segment. Additional roles include Head of ING Labs Amsterdam, where support was provided to teams throughout the acceleration process, and various positions in innovation management and lending products. Diana's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
