Jan Willem Nieuwenhuize

Jan Willem Nieuwenhuize is a seasoned professional in the finance and investment sectors with extensive experience at ING Bank since June 2007, currently serving as Co-Head of ING Ventures, which focuses on fintech and adjacent markets. Nieuwenhuize has held various leadership positions, including Managing Director roles in both ING Ventures and ING Corporate Investments, providing capital to companies in the Benelux. In addition, Nieuwenhuize has been a board member for multiple innovative companies such as Fintonic and Payconiq, and played a significant role at Funding Options as Chairman a.i. and board member until its acquisition in November 2022.
