Jeroen de Sitter

Jeroen de Sitter is currently the FMCC Global Change Lead at ING, where they manage compliance with financial regulations and streamline operational processes. Previously, Jeroen served as the Business Manager to the CIO of DBNL, supporting strategic decision-making. Their early career included roles in consultancy and business analysis, alongside a personal project as the founder of JdeS. Jeroen holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience and two Master’s degrees in Management and Financial Markets from the Universiteit van Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
