Juliana Medina currently serves as Managing Director at ING since December 2023. Medina is also a Member of Chief, a private network designed for women executive leaders, since December 2021. Additionally, Medina has been an Advisor to Fund at Supply Change Capital since May 2021, focusing on investments in early-stage food tech businesses with a cultural emphasis. Previously, Medina held various roles at J.P. Morgan from August 2011 to January 2021, including Executive Director and Vice President in Latin America M&A and Advisory, and started as a Summer Associate. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Director at Trigono - Banca de Inversion from March 2007 to August 2009. In terms of education, Medina earned an MBA in Finance and Business Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and holds both a BS in Industrial Engineering and a BA in Political Science from Universidad de Los Andes.
