Karolina Rosa-Ćwiertnia

Karolina Rosa-Ćwiertnia is a seasoned professional in the fields of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and project management, currently serving as a Senior KYT Manager in the Commodity Trading AML KYT / TM department at ING Switzerland since July 2024. Prior to this role, Karolina held the position of Change Manager at ING Hubs Poland, where responsibilities included Portfolio Management and Global Process Design. With a background in project management and market research as a co-founder of the North Trail Cultural Heritage Association, Karolina's professional journey also includes significant contributions at Genpact and PwC Poland, where expertise in financial crime and compliance was developed. With academic qualifications from the University of Gdansk, Karolina holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
