Margot van Giersbergen

Margot van Giersbergen is an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in various roles within multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner Tech at ING since October 2017, Margot has previously held positions including HR Transformation & Risk Manager and HR Transformation Manager via Quintop. Prior experience includes leadership of a global learning outsourcing project at Shell and contributions to HR function optimization as a Global PMO. Margot began a career in human resources with roles at Palladyne International Asset Management and has also worked in insurance consultancy and project management. Margot holds a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Tilburg University.
