Rikke Tving Willandsen

Rikke Tving Willandsen has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Rikke Tving started their career as a sales employee at Hillerøs Sport from 1996 to 1999. In 2003, they worked as a team leader at Disney, Paris. From 2005 to 2011, they held multiple roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, including Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Room Service Manager, Assistant Bar Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Assistant Room Service Manager. During their time at Four Seasons, they demonstrated skills in team management, cost-cutting, and creating innovative amenities programs. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Hospitality Manager at the World Economic Forum before joining Dorchester Collection as the Restaurant Manager at Le Jardin. At Dorchester Collection, Rikke restructured the wine selection, wine cellar, and purchasing to increase sales and reduce costs. In 2014, they became the Owner of Le Café du MEG, where they successfully managed the daily operations for five years. Currently, Rikke holds the role of Office Manager at ONE Swiss Bank, starting in September 2020. Additionally, in June 2014, Rikke obtained the certification of "Patente cafetier canton Geneve" from the institution Canton de Geneve.
