Marjolein Noorda

Marjolein Noorda is a Senior Manager with extensive experience in Change and Line Management. They have held various leadership positions at ING, including Global Head of Learning & Development in Financial Crime and Head of Global Change Management, where they managed strategic change programs and teams. Prior to their current role, Marjolein contributed to the development of ING staff across multiple operational disciplines and led the KYC Centre of Expertise. They earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
