Nicolas Rimasson

Nicolas Rimasson is a talent leader who joined ING in August 2024 to lead talent, learning, and diversity for the Group. Prior to this role, Nicolas held various human resources positions, including Chief Talent, Diversity & People Projects at Prosus Group and Global Talent Director at Redcats. With extensive experience in HR management across multiple regions and companies, Nicolas has developed strategies for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives, and has played key roles in training and career development throughout their career. Nicolas holds multiple degrees in Human Resources from institutions including HEC Paris and Université Paris 13.
