Noubar Zartarian

Noubar Zartarian currently serves as the Global Head of Financial Accounting at ING since May 2021, overseeing all Financial Accounting services within the ING Finance Services organization. Previous roles at ING include Head of the Global Shared Service Center for Accounting & Reporting and Head of External Reporting at ING Belgium. Zartarian’s extensive experience in finance spans various positions including Senior Controller and Controller across different segments of ING, focusing on financial reporting, budgeting, and quantitative risk management. Zartarian holds a Register Controller / Executive Master of Finance & Control degree from Nyenrode University and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with education from Kutztown University and Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
