Qiqi Zhang

QIQI ZHANG is currently a Business Analyst in the ESG Data & Reporting team at ING, where responsibilities include developing data strategies and managing ESG data demands across the bank. Previously, QIQI served as an ITP Trainee in Operations & Change at 荷兰国际集团, with a focus on data management in the Global Data Platform. Experience also includes an internship in IT/Business Transformation Portfolio Management at 飞利浦, where QIQI assisted in measuring KPIs and engaging stakeholders. QIQI began a career as a Teaching Assistant at Leiden University, facilitating communication and feedback in academic courses and has held a leadership role at Hi China International Youth Development Alliance, enhancing social media interaction and organizing charitable projects. QIQI holds a Master's degree in ICT in Business from Leiden University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, along with experience as an exchange student in Mechanical Engineering.
