Richard Borowy

Richard Borowy is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Procurement at ING, Richard previously held positions including Global Category Manager for HR Workforce Solutions & Professional Services at Verizon, Category Specialist at buyingTeam, Programme Manager for Sun Microsystems/Oracle Corp at PrO Unlimited, and Senior Consultant at Novartus Limited. Richard holds a BA Hons in Economic and Social History from the University of Leicester, obtained between 1989 and 1995.
