Rick Lanting

Rick Lanting is currently a CDD Analyst at ING since April 2024 and a Trainee in financial crime at Talent&Pro since December 2022. Previously, Lanting held roles as a Jr. KYC Specialist at Rabobank and as a Medewerker account support at Athora Netherlands. In academic settings, Lanting engaged in research at the Politieacademie focused on enhancing digital skills among faculty and contributed to training sessions as a Stagiair docent psychologie. Lanting has ample experience in student coaching and committee roles at Saxion, where involvement included advising on educational quality and supporting students transitioning to higher education. Lanting’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and relevant vocational qualifications in leadership and security.
