Silvia Donoso Oyanedel

Silvia Donoso Oyanedel has extensive experience in product management and business analysis, primarily at ING, where roles have included Business Chapter Lead for Payments & Cards and various positions in product management reporting and billing from 2011 to the present. Prior to this, Silvia held leadership roles at ING Bank from 2008 to 2011, and a range of positions at ING from 1992 to 2008, including Senior Business Analyst and Senior Test Analyst. Earlier career experience includes project management at NMB Bank Chile and business analysis at Banco Nacional Chile and Banco BHIF. Silvia earned a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile between 1982 and 1986.
