Elena Terán

Elena Terán has over 20 years of work experience. Elena began their career in 2000 as an External Relations employee at Procter & Gamble. In 2006, they became a Research & Evaluation Associate at JVA Consulting, LLC. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Project Coordinator at Namlo International. Elena then worked as a Program Director at Sacred Valley Project from 2011 to 2012. Following this, they were a Girls' Tertiary Education Project Lead at Room to Read from 2012 to 2013. Elena then worked as a Program Manager at The Peninsula College Fund from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Talent Engagement Manager at Thrive Impact Sourcing. Elena has been the Director, Purpose & Thrive Accelerator at Ingage Partners since 2019 and the Director of Purpose at Revision Collective since 2022.

Elena Terán obtained their B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Cincinnati and their M.A. in International Development from the University of Denver.
