Olga Kharlip is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in consulting and software engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Consultant at Ingage Partners since January 2019, Olga contributes to an award-winning, employee-owned IT consulting firm that emphasizes using business for positive community impact. Previously, from August 2016 to December 2018, Olga worked as a Sr. Consultant at Thrive Impact Sourcing, an IT talent incubator focused on delivering quality IT solutions and launching new talent in the industry. Olga's career began at Cincom Systems, where, from January 1992 to October 2015, a solid foundation in software development and testing procedures was established.
