Prior experience includes a decade as President of Janovic/Plaza, a family-owned paint and home decorating chain, where Adam achieved a threefold revenue increase before the sale to a major supplier. Adam's career began in corporate finance as an Analyst at Smith Barney from 1987 to 1989. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Colgate University.
